At Green House Rescue, we make pick-up and drop-off a breeze! We offer convenient transportation for your pets from New York City, New Jersey, the Hudson Valley, and Pennsylvania areas, with flexible dates and times to suit your schedule. Throughout their stay, you'll receive an abundance of photos and videos of your beloved fur baby, so you never miss a moment. We cater to all pets, from energetic puppies to elders needing extra care, including administering medicine for those requiring a little extra TLC. Your pet's comfort and well-being are always our top priority!

With over 20 years of experience caring for animals, we’ve built lasting bonds with our furry guests, treating each as part of our family. At Green House Rescue, pets are welcome to lounge on the furniture in our cozy three-story home, complete with a fireplace, a movie room, and comfy plush pet beds by sunlit windows, perfect for soaking up the warmth. Many of our clients return year after year, trusting us to provide meticulous, personalized care for their pets’ unique needs. Our passion for animals runs deep, and we truly love caring for every fur baby that comes through our doors.

  • Our pricing is calculated on a “per day” basis, starting from the day we pick up your pet and including the day we drop them off. For regular care, puppies are $75 per night. If your puppy requires training during their stay, an additional fee of $15 to $25 per day will apply. Adult dogs are $65 per day, with a potential $10 increase for high-energy or demanding pets. Elderly dogs needing medication or extra care are $75 per day, depending on their medical requirements. Cats are cared for at a daily rate of $40. Bunnies are cared for at a daily rate of $40.

  • At Green House Rescue, we delight in caring for a wide range of animals. Whether you have dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, lizards, frogs, chickens, or parrots, we provide them with the utmost care and attention. Our love extends to larger animals as well, including horses and cows. No matter the beloved animal in your life, we are here to offer dedicated and compassionate care to ensure their well-being and happiness.

  • At Green House Rescue, we provide a warm and welcoming environment for dogs, cats, bunnies, and other small animals right in our home. Here, they are treated as cherished guests and become part of our family, with their usual daily routines carefully followed to ensure their comfort and familiarity. For larger or farm animals, we offer house calls to deliver personalized care in their own environments. This service is tailored to each individual case, and we will review and discuss the specific needs to ensure the best possible care for your beloved animals.

  • Payments should be submitted directly to our nonprofit’s Venmo account. We also accept cash. All payments are required in full before the day of pick-up.
